Sammanfattning : Architect David Helldén (1905-1990) took part in the formation of some of the most well-known buildings and environs in Stockholm. Hötorgscity, Sergels Torg and the turquoise glass complex of Stockholm University at Frescati all bear his signature, as does Hökarängen Centre, which includes the first pedestrianised shopping street in Sweden. 2. Aciclovir-induced neuropsychiatric symptoms : a clinical pharmacology study
Sammanfattning : Aciclovir (ACV) and its prodrug valacyclovir (VACV) are used to treat infections caused by herpes simplex virus (HSV) and varicella zoster virus (VZV), and as prophylaxis against cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections in immunocompromised patients. Treatment with ACV has decreased the mortality in herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE) from about 70 % to less than 30 %, and has also reduced the morbidity. LÄS MER
3. Demokratin utmanas : Almstriden och det politiska etablissemanget
Sammanfattning : The aim of the thesis is to describe how the political establishment understood the Elm Conflict (Almstriden) in Stockholm in 1971, and the way in which the establishment expressed that understanding when it made sense of the challenge to itself and to how local politics worked. The political establishment is defined as politicians in central positions in Stockholm and at the national level and the editorial pages of the Stockholm newspapers. LÄS MER

Sammanfattning : Denna avhandling har fokus på 88 elevers föreställningar om vad som händer i kroppen då de äter en smörgås, dricker vatten och sväljer en värktablett. Sedan har jag studerat hur dessa föreställningar påverkar deras kunskaper vad det gäller kroppens fysiologi och deras ställningstagande i hälsofrågor. LÄS MER
