    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to examine and further develop an expanded groupthink model (Granstrom & Stiwne, 1998), and also to develop methods to capture the phenomenon in ordinary, authentic working groups. The groupthink model was first proposed by Janis (1972, 1982) and incorporates an omnipotent stance as something highly cohesive groups use handle difficult situations. LÄS MER

Another aim is to investigate if a combination of Steiner's (1972) theory of group work and Bion's (1961) theory of work and regression in groups may be a fruitful way to interpret and explain group dynamics in problem-based learning.     Sammanfattning : Denna avhandling, som i huvudsak är resultatet av ett projekt finansierat av Skolöverstyrelsen, består av fem delstudier (I-V) utförda under åren 1977-1991 samt en sammanfattande analysdel (VI). Avhandlingens syfte är att studera det unika svenska relativa betygssystemet, som infördes på försök i folkskolan i början av 1940-talet för att senare permanentas och även införas i enhets- och grundskolan samt slutligen även i gymnasiet.
