2. Groupthink : An inquiry into the vicissitudes of regressive group processes
Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to examine and further develop an expanded groupthink model (Granstrom & Stiwne, 1998), and also to develop methods to capture the phenomenon in ordinary, authentic working groups. Sammanfattning : A method for analyzing interactional dynamics in regular meetings and sessions was developed on the basis of Bion's (1961) basic-assumption model.
