    Sammanfattning : With the main aim to test the applicability of the surface wave seismic technique Spectral Analysis of Surface Waves (SASW), used for determination of the shear stiffness (shear modulus - Gmax), four areas of applications have been studied.     Sammanfattning : A regional gravity survey and VES measurements were carried out in Songkla-Yala-Pattani provinces of Peninsular Thailand, an area between latitudes 6º 15'N and 7º 15'N and longitudes 100º 15'E and 101º 30'E. In addition the aeromagnetic maps of the area have been analyzed qualitatively as well as quantitatively in this thesis, an analysis that has not been undertaken before this. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : When attention is drawn to the recovery of resources within waste, the amount and types of waste disposed of at landfills change. A waste management system based on separate kerbside collection, sorting, recycling, and pretreatment with material and/or energy recovery produces new residues, which finally end up at landfills.
