    Sammanfattning : Epigenetic modifications, at the level of DNA methylation and post-translational modifications of histone tails cooperatively function in the organization of the genome, and thereby establish the gene expression profiles, phenotypes, and cellular fates. In this work, we investigated the aberrant epigenome in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) which is one of the most frequent lymphoid malignancies in the west including the Nordic countries. LÄS MER
