    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; urban planning; transport planning; integrated planning; communicative planning; sensemaking; perspectives; coordination;

    Sammanfattning : The shaping of spatial structures at the urban, regional and national levels involves numerous kinds of actors and planning activities. In recent years, calls for crosssectoral coordination and integrated planning approaches echo extensively across different fields of planning. LÄS MER

  2. 22. Trafik- och stadsplanering som en integrerad process? : Om perspektiv och kommunikativa processer i stadsutvecklingen

    Författare :Patrik Tornberg; Göran Cars; Karolina Isaksson; Gunnel Forsberg; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :Stadsutveckling; sektorssamordning; trafikplanering; stadsplanering; Den Goda Staden; kommunikativ planeringsteori; helhetssyn; perspektiv; konsensus; SOCIAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP;

    Sammanfattning : Urban planning and transportation planning through an integrated process? On perspectives and communicative processes in urban development During the last couple of years the need for a better coordination of urban and transportation planning in Sweden has been highlighted at several occasions. In response to this need, the project “The Attractive City” (Den Goda Staden) has been initiated, emphasizing collaboration and communicative processes between actors involved in urban and transportation planning as a means to enhance the potential for an integrated planning. 3. 23. Towards sustainable personal mobility with electric cars and buses

    Författare :Sven Borén; Göran Broman; Henrik Ny; Louise Ödlund; Maria Grahn; Blekinge Tekniska Högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Strategic Sustainable Development; Transport Planning; Electric Vehicles; Testing; LCA; Mobility;

    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to explore if, and then how, electric cars and buses can contribute to sustainable personal mobility. Electric vehicles have increasingly been seen as a potential sustainable solution for the transport sector due to their high energy efficiency, close to zero emissions in the use phase, and the possibility to be powered by electricity from renewable resources. 4. 24. Making Mobility-as-a-Service: Towards Governance Principles and Pathways

    Författare :Göran Smith; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Mobility-as-a-Service; Collaborative innovation; Sustainability transitions;

    Sammanfattning : Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is a service concept that integrates public transport with other mobility services, such as car sharing, ride sourcing, and bicycle sharing. The core idea is that intermediary digital services make it easier for users to plan, book, and pay for complementary mobility services, thereby facilitating less car-centric lifestyles. LÄS MER

  5. 25. Towards Surface Engineering

    Författare :Bengt-Göran Rosen; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this dissertation is to explore a route towards surface engineering both by the introduction of a conceptual framework called Interactive Surface Modelling (ISM) and by the actual application of the concept on two functional surfaces of importance to the automotive industry: cylinder liners for engines and leather imitation surfaces for the interior of cars. The results are presented in six separate but related papers concerning the construction of the ISM system shell and the use of modern technology to explore and represent the functional knowledge relevant to the specification of surface properties.
