    Sammanfattning : This study describes the course of events within the area of health care with regard to two educational reforms in Sweden: the 1982 reform of certain middle length health care education called the Health Care 77 reform and the 1993 University and College reform. As a result of the first of these reforms, the nursing education was transformed from an education on the secondary school level to a university college level. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The present study analyzes attitudes made manifest when media technology is used in teaching at Swedish upper secondary schools. It examines discourses related to the subject of history by comparing contemporary circumstances with those of the mid-1980s, making research in both educational history and history education indispensible to its execution.     Sammanfattning : The present dissertation explores student actors’ and their teachers’ coordination of text understanding in a theatre production – a two-semester process from page to stage in an upper secondary school in Sweden. With an interest in the collaborative work achieved in and through theatre education the research is realized against a background of the role of arts education and reading of literary texts in the neoliberal educational landscape that favors measurable effects of individual achievements.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to find out how adult migrants with biographical experiences from Kenya orient themselves in Sweden.Taking an individual perspective (how individuals orient themselves as opposed to what the state does to deal with a group of immigrants), and by using life (hi)story approach and reconstructing experiences on how individual adult immigrants orient themselves, this dissertation analyses the role educational and working experiences from Kenya play in the way the participants orient themselves.
