  1. 1. Aspects on measuring electrical current utilizing magnetic zero-flux technique

    Författare :Maria Hammarqvist; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Current Transformer; AC Current; Frequency Response; Measurement Uncertainty; Traceability; Zero-Flux Measurement Technique; Zero-Flux;

    Sammanfattning : The utilization of high accuracy measurements of electrical quantities is a prerequisite for the development of modern society. Generally, measurements serve different purposes and hence the criteria for the measurement equipment and method are different. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Optical remote sensing of industrial gas emission fluxes

    Författare :John Johansson; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; optical remote sensing; DOAS; gas emission; absorption spectroscopy; VOC; flux measurement; solar occultation; FTIR; formaldehyde;

    Sammanfattning : Mobile optical remote sensing techniques offer promising possibilities to quantify and geographically attribute local industrial gaseous emissions to the atmosphere. Studies have repeatedly shown that such emissions are often poorly understood, underestimated, and thereby not properly accounted for in emission inventories and regional atmospheric chemistry models, especially for emissions of VOCs. Sammanfattning : This thesis is comprehensively dedicated to the theoretical and experimental reevaluation of the Synchronous Reluctance Machine (SynRM). A simple approach to derive the SynRM main characteristics and behavior is followed. An introduction to an evaluation of the different control strategies in is given. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Freshwater methane and carbon dioxide fluxes : Spatio-temporal variability and an integrated assessment of lake and stream emissions in a catchment

    Författare :Sivakiruthika Natchimuthu; David Bastviken; Åsa Danielsson; Peter A. Raymond; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Lakes; streams; spatio-temporal variability; CH4 flux; CO2 flux; gas transfer velocity; Sjöar; vattendrag; rumsliga och tidsmässiga variationer; CH4-flöden; CO2-flöden; gasutbyteshastighet;

    Sammanfattning : Freshwater bodies such as lakes and streams release the greenhouse gases methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere. Global freshwater CH4 and CO2 emissions have been estimated to be of a similar magnitude to the global land or ocean carbon sink, and are thus significant components of global carbon budgets. LÄS MER
