    Sammanfattning :  Many geared electric drives can benefit from removing the gearbox and driving directly the load at low speed using a permanent-magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). PMSMs with non-overlapping concentrated windings are particularly attractive in low-speed direct drives since they allow, among other advantages, a high number of poles with a limited number of slots.     Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on the glaciation of the Late Saalian period (160 -140 ka) over Eurasia. The Quaternary Environment of the Eurasian North (QUEEN) project determined that during this period, the Eurasian ice sheet was substantially larger than during the entire Weichselian cycle and especially that of the Last Glacial Maximum (21 ka, LGM). A light microscopic experimental model for qualitative and quantitative counting of the dermal inflammatory cell infiltrate in allergic, acute irritant and cumulative irritant contact reactions has been developed In human studies use of microdialysis technique has enabled observation of biochemical events in the skin, in vivo over a period of time.
