11. Ecologías extrañas : Lecturas postnaturales de poemas extensos latinoamericanos del siglo XXI (Roxana Miranda Rupailaf, Daniel Samoilovich y Luigi Amara)
Sammanfattning : This study discusses the articulation of a form of ecological thought grounded in a postnatural aesthetics in twenty-first century long poems from Latin America. I argue that the relationship between poetry and ecology, as analyzed in Latin American ecopoetry, and particularly in the long poem of the 70s and 80s, needs to be supplemented with a postnatural framework, in order to theorize the articulations of ‛the living’ ‒assemblages between human and more-than-human worlds‒ in the contemporary long poem. 12. Exploring Perceptions of Route Environments in Relation to Walking
Sammanfattning : Background: Every walk takes place in a route environment, which can play an important role in deterring or facilitating walking. The focus of this thesis is on the perceptions of environmental variables, and how they relate to appraisals of route environments as hindering – stimulating for walking and unsafe – safe for reasons of traffic, in two metropolitan environments. Sammanfattning : In this dissertation, the Swedish forestry debate during the last three decades of the 20th century is analysed. The contents, values and underlying assumptions of the debate are investigated from a discoursive point of view. 14. Psychosocially supportive design in the indoor environment
Sammanfattning : A built environment is psychosocially supportive, when its quality can strengthen or sustain the ability of an individual to perform his/her role, conduct him-/herself in society, and communicate or interact with others in accordance to his/her values, interest, and self-concept. 15. Improvement of Thermal Comfort in Buildings through Passive Design
