    Sammanfattning : This dissertation argues that the English Protestant interpretations between 1845 and 1864 of John Henry Newman’s secession were related to the notions which formed part of the British national identity. It demonstrates how various writers modelled their interpretations of Newman’s secession on the beliefs of British anti-Catholicism. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : To provide a valid consent to – or refusal of – medical intervention, a patient must be legally capable to decide. This dissertation evaluates and compares when the assessment of mental abilities to refuse – or consent to – somatic medical intervention is required in England, Russia and Sweden, and what criteria must be applied to assess the ability to decide about somatic medical interventions in these legal orders.     Sammanfattning : The Jurassic and Early Cretaceous selachian faunas of Scania (Skåne), southern Sweden and the island of Bornholm (Denmark) have been investigated. Three Early Jurassic shark tooth assemblages have been recorded and investigated, one from Hettangian strata and the other two from Pliensbachian sediments. LÄS MER
