    Sammanfattning : Föreliggande avhandlings centrala syfte är att undersöka säkerhetskultur ombord i fartyg vilka trafikerar Östersjön. Genomgående för fartyg i Östersjöfart är täta hamnanlöp, kustnära resor, trafik i tätt trafikerade områden samt små besättningar.
