    Sammanfattning : Despite care and treatment, many patients with heart failure (HF) are limited by symptoms, such as shortness of breath (SOB) and fatigue, that is difficult to treat. Research shows that slow breathing and mindfulness-based interventions (MBI) have the potential to reduce stress, improve symptoms and physical functioning, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve quality of life.
