    Sammanfattning : Absorbed doses to radiosensitive organs in the head and neck from pre-implant conventional hypocycloidal, conventional spiral and computed tomography (CT) were measured with thermoluminescent dosimeters in an anthropomorphic phantom head. From conventional tomography organ doses, except to the major salivary glands, were below 0.2 mGy. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The aim was to study digital radiography and to evaluate the influence of image processing on digital dental radiographs for the assessment of periapical lesions.     Sammanfattning : Backgrund: Prosthetic rehabilitation of the edentulous patient with implant-supported bridges is today a routine and predictable treatment modality. The original protocol prescribed a healing period of 3 to 6 months prior to loading which means that the total treatment time can be extensive and that the patients often need to wear removable provisional prostheses during healing and treatment.
