  1. 1. A comprehensive approach to building-stock modelling - Assessing the impact of renovating urban housing stocks

    Författare :Magnus Österbring; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; energy performance certificate; costeffectiveness; GIS; LCA; building valuation; renovation; refurbishment; Building-stock modelling; multi-family buildings; energy;

    Sammanfattning : The existing building stock provide a possibility for cost-efficient energy efficiency measures and related reductions in greenhouse-gas emissions. As the rate of renewal in the buildingstock is low, energy efficiency measures need to be applied when renovation is being done in order to reach climate goals. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The existing residential buildings in the European countries are rather old and often fail to meet the current energy performance criteria. In Sweden, about 45% of the existing residential buildings have been constructed before 1960. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Myocardial infarction : Costs and benefits of prevention and treatments

    Författare :Lars-Åke Levin; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; economic evaluation; myocardial infarction; costs; costeffectiveness analysis; cost-utility analysis; INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH AREAS; TVÄRVETENSKAPLIGA FORSKNINGSOMRÅDEN;

    Sammanfattning : This work focuses on economic evaluations of treatment and secondaryprevention in myocardial infarction. The purpose of the study was threefold: To present and discuss a robust method for economic evaluations of medical technologies based on individual clinical studies: to empirically apply the method to treatments and secondary prevention programs at the time of and after myocardial infarction in order thereby to increase knowledge about costs and cost effectiveness of myocardial infarction treatments: and to compare these results with those of other similar studies. 4. 4. How to include relatives and productivity loss in a cost‐effectiveness analysis

    Författare :Thomas Davidson; Lars-Åke Levin; Barbro Krevers; Werner Brouwer; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Business and economics; Ekonomi;

    Sammanfattning : Health economic evaluations are today commonly used in the decision‐making process in health care. Within the field of cost‐effectiveness analysis (CEA), there are several methodological and empirical issues that cause debate about what is included in the analysis. LÄS MER
