    Författare :Sven Englund; Charlotte Platzer Björkman; Jonathan J. Scragg; Levent Gütay; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; CZTS; thin film solar cells; back contacts; passivation; interface; titanium nitride; ATO; antimony-doped tin oxide; transparent back contact; CZTS; tunnfilmssolceller; bakkontakter; passivering; gränsskikt; mellanskikt; titannitrid; antimondopad tennoxid; ATO; transparent bakkontakt; Teknisk fysik med inriktning mot elektronik; Engineering Science with specialization in Electronics;

    Sammanfattning : In this thesis, alternative back contacts for Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin film solar cells were investigated. Back contacts for two different configurations were studied, namely traditional single-junction cells with opaque back contacts and transparent back contacts for possible use in either tandem or bifacial solar cell configuration. 4. 4. Tailoring of Contacts on Silicon Carbide - Procedures and Mechanisms

    Författare :S. A. Perez-Garcia; Chalmers University of Technology; []
    Nyckelord :interfacial reaction; metallic contacts; Silicon carbide; silicides; XPS.;

    Sammanfattning : Silicon carbide (SiC) exhibits very good electrical, thermal, chemical and mechanical properties which make it suitable for the next generation of wide band gap electronic devices, where silicon (Si) cannot be used due to its limitations with respect to the mentioned properties. Nickel (Ni) and Tantalum (Ta) are among the metals used for the contact formation. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : In archaeological research, the province of Uppland has often been viewed as the northern ‘periphery’ of the Nordic Bronze Age region. At the same time, many researchers have also emphasized the distinctive and ‘independent’ regional character of Uppland and northern Mälardalen. LÄS MER
