  1. 16. Condition monitoring of machine tools and machining processes using internal sensor signals

    Författare :Jari Repo; Mihai Nicolescu; Dragos Axiente; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; condition monitoring; machine tool; machining process; milling; position encoders; signal analysis; Mechanical engineering; Maskinteknik; Materials science; Manufacturing and materials engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Condition monitoring of critical machine tool components and machining processes is a key factor to increase the availability of the machine tool and achieving a more robust machining process. Failures in the machining process and machine tool components may also have negative effects on the final produced part. LÄS MER

  2. 17. Addressing equality and diversity in the workplace through recruitment materials : an equality monitoring approach

    Författare :Amanda J. Heath; Jens Agerström; Magnus Carlsson; Ishbel McWha-Hermann; Linnéuniversitetet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; equality monitoring; equality diversity inclusion; job advertisements; organizational attraction; ethnicity; recruitment; diversity management; Psychology; Psykologi;

    Sammanfattning : Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) statements have been used as part of diversity management in human resources for some time and research suggests they are generally perceived positively and can increase organizational attraction in underrepresented groups, thus promoting diversity and inclusion. The main aim of this doctoral dissertation is to examine the effects of a particular diversity management practice called equality monitoring (EM) and investigate public perceptions of EM and effects on behaviour such as applications, intentions to pursue a job and organizational attraction.
