    Sammanfattning : Since the 1930s female cashew workers have constituted a majority of the registered workers in the South Indian State of Kerala and today number some 200,000.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this dissertation is the study of the journalism of Runer Jonsson (born 1916), as sole editor of Nybro Tidning, published by the printing house Johansson & Svenson AB. Although coming directly from industrial work, not quite 20 of age and not at all experienced in newspaper publishing Jonsson started his new career after for two years having showed his ability as a writer of local sport, short stories and poems in Kalmar-Kalmar Läns Tidning as well in Nybro Tidning.     Sammanfattning : In the 1380s, Jean de Noyal, Abbot of the Benedictine monastery of Saint Vincent in Laon between 1367 and 1396, authored his universal history, the Miroir Historial.     Sammanfattning : Syftet med avhandlingen är att undersöka den sammantagna livssituationen för ett begränsat urval individer (en primär kohort av 19 män och en utökad kohort av ytterligare 42 män, det vill säga totalt 61 män) i ett familjesammanhang. Det handlar närmare bestämt om att så långt källorna tillåter söka kvalitativt förstå och karaktärisera socioekonomiska villkor, familjeliv och hälsa, såsom de gestaltar sig i den vardagliga livsföringen och i relation till den specifika tiden och den lokala stadsmiljön.
