    Sammanfattning : The present investigation was undertaken in order to acheive an increased understanding of the molecular and catalytic properties of the flavin-containing enzyme glutathione reductase.Glutathione reductase from rat and calf liver was purified close to homogeneity, both by procedures involving standard techniques but also by procedures involving affinity chromatography on 2’, 5’-ADP Sepharose 4B.
