  1. 1. Prestressed hybrids of AAC and HPC The BCE (Block Composed Element) building system. A conceptual study

    Detta är en avhandling från Stockholm : Arkitekturskolan

    Författare :Hamid Bagheri; KTH.; [2006]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TECHNOLOGY Civil engineering and architecture Architecture and architectural conservation and restoration; TEKNIKVETENSKAP Samhällsbyggnadsteknik och arkitektur Arkitektur och bebyggelsevård;

    Sammanfattning : There is an important potential for a development of a building system, if the present AACblock plants are completed with high performance concrete and pre-stressing technique. This can be done as a continuation of a present AAC production or in a site factory.Hybrid cooperation between AAC and concrete is not a new technology. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Numerical Conformal Mappings for Waveguides

    Detta är en avhandling från Stockholm : Arkitekturskolan

    Författare :Anders Andersson; Högskolan i Jönköping.; Växjö universitet.; [2009]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; MATHEMATICS Applied mathematics; MATEMATIK Tillämpad matematik; waveguides; building block method; numerical conformal mappings; Schwarz–Christoffel mapping; rounded corners method; approximate curve factors; outer polygon method; boundary curvature; zipper method; geodesic algorithm; acoustic wave scattering; electro-magnetic wave scattering; Mathematics; Matematik; waveguide;

    Sammanfattning : Acoustic or electro-magnetic scattering in a waveguide with varying direction and cross-section can be re-formulated as a two-dimensional scattering problem, provided that the variations take place in only one dimension at a time. By using the so-called Building Block Method, it is possible to construct the scattering properties of a combination of scatterers when the properties of each scatterer are known. LÄS MER

  3. 3. A Novel Method for Adaptive Control of Manufacturing Equipment in Cloud Environments

    Detta är en avhandling från United Kingdom : De Montfort University

    Författare :Göran Adamson; Högskolan i Skövde.; Högskolan i Skövde.; [2018]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Function Block; Adaptive control; Robot-Control-as-a-Service; Cloud Manufacturing; Production and Automation Engineering; Produktion och automatiseringsteknik;

    Sammanfattning : The ability to adaptively control manufacturing equipment, both in local and distributed environments, is becoming increasingly more important for many manufacturing companies.One important reason for this is that manufacturing companies are facing increasing levels of changes, variations and uncertainty, caused by both internal and external factors, which can negatively impact their performance. 4. 4. Natural products from nonracemie building blocks synthesis of pine sawfly pheromones

    Detta är en avhandling från Stockholm : KTH

    Författare :Michael Larsson; ; KTH.; [2005]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Organic chemistry; Total synthesis; diastereoselective addition; dimethylzinc; Lewis acid; alkyllithium; Organisk kemi; NATURAL SCIENCES Chemistry Organic chemistry; NATURVETENSKAP Kemi Organisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis describes a number of synthetic approaches for obtaining chiral, enantiomerically pure natural products, in particular some semiochemicals. This has been accomplished by using various strategies; by starting from compounds from the chiral pool, by using chiral auxiliaries, via enzymatic resolutions or by chemical asymmetric synthesis. 5. 5. Digital block transmission and time-of-flight estimation : receiver design and performance analysis

    Detta är en avhandling från Luleå : Luleå tekniska universitet

    Författare :Håkan Eriksson; Blekinge Tekniska Högskola.; [1995]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Signalbehandling; Signal Processing;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis is concerned with signal processing aspects of digital block transmission and time-of-flight estimation. Receivers are derived and analysed based on the assumption that the received signals have been corrupted with additive Gaussian noise and linear distortion. LÄS MER
