1. Palladium(II)-catalyzed oxidativecarbocyclization : Functionalization with Boron-Containing Reagents
Sammanfattning : .... LÄS MER
2. Catalytic Functionalization of Allylic Substrates by Palladium Pincer Complexes
Sammanfattning : This thesis is based on the development of novel catalytic reactions for the synthesis and application of organometallic reagents. The main focus is directed towards organoboronate derivatives. We developed an efficient procedure for converting allylic alcohols to the corresponding allylboronates using palladium pincer complexes as catalysts. LÄS MER
3. Development of New Synthetic Routes to Organoboronates by Catalytic Allylic Substitution and C-H bond Functionalization
Sammanfattning : This thesis describes the development of new catalytic methods for the synthesis and application of organometallic reagents, mainly focusing on allylboronic acid derivatives. Thus, palladium pincer-complex catalysis has been applied for extending the scope of palladiumcatalyzed borylation reactions in the synthesis of regio- and stereodefined functionalized allylboronic acid derivatives. 4. Synthesis of Organofluorine Compounds and Allenylboronic Acids - Applications Including Fluorine-18 Labelling
Sammanfattning : This work is focused on two areas: the chemistry of organofluorine and organoboron compounds. In the first chapter, a copper-catalysed synthesis of tri- and tetrasubstituted allenylboronic acids is presented. Extension of the same method leads to allenylboronic esters. LÄS MER
5. Palladium(II)-Catalyzed Oxidative Carbocyclization/Functionalization of Allenynes
Sammanfattning : The selective formation of carbon-carbon bonds constitutes a key transformation in organic synthesis with useful applications in pharmaceutical or material industry. A particularly versatile tool for carbon-carbon as well as carbon-heteroatom bond formation is palladium catalysis, which allows for mild and selective routes even towards complex structures. LÄS MER
