    Sammanfattning : The property offences, understood in a broad sense, are constructed in a way that pre-sup- poses rules on property, obligations, agency, possession and similar basic concepts of pri- vate law. That raises the question whether the offences simply refer to the private law – and if so in what way – or if the special character of the criminal law implies a different, independent understanding of the various concepts that are mentioned in the different offences.     Sammanfattning : This thesis deals with the conditions pursuant to which a Swedish company limited by shares(aktiebolag) is not bound by acts from the company representatives (the board of directors, themanaging director and special company representatives, (särskilda firmatecknare) according tothe provisions set out in chapter 8 section 14 of the Swedish Companies Act (aktiebolagslagen(1975:1385)), Said provisions govern the legal effects of contracts and other legal transactionsentered into by the company representatives and who, in so doing, exceed their authority or actin breach of their internal duties.     Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this thesis was to investigate how children in Sweden treated for brain tumours performed in their ninth year at school compared with matched controls. The studies investigated grades and results from national tests in the theoretical subjects of Swedish, English, and mathematics; grades in the practical and aesthetic subjects of art, crafts, music, home and consumer studies, physical education and health; and the frequency of delayed graduation and qualification for school years 10-12 (corresponding to upper-secondary school or high school).
