Sammanfattning : The thesis studies the literacy practices of a group of young people in Närpes in southern Ostrobothnia, Finland with focus on SMS (Short Message Service), both in Standard Swedish and in dialect, but for the most part written in dialect. The most common co-morbidity in CF is CF-related diabetes (CFRD) affecting ~50% of adult patients. Sammanfattning : Human apolipoprotein E (apoE) exists as three main isoforms called apoE2, apoE3, and apoE4, of which the E4 isoform is associated with increased Alzheimer’s disease (AD) risk. Brain glucose hypometabolism, linked to synaptic dysfunction, occurs years before symptom onset in AD, especially in APOEε4-carriers. LÄS MER
