    Sammanfattning : Målet med arbetet som presenteras i denna licentiatuppsats är att genomföra en analys av problemkomplexet inomhusluft och att med ledning av denna analys anvisa vägar att minska inneluftproblem i framtida byggande. Utifrån detta har tre delsyften formulerats: (1) Analysera existerande inneluftproblem och i samband därmed beskriva vilka faktorer i inomhusluften som medför problem, vilka faktorer som troligen inte medför problem och vilka faktorer om vilka det råder osäkerhet om huruvida de medför problem eller ej. Despite this crucial role of IgE, our knowledge of IgE repertoires and how we can utilize the information hidden in monoclonal IgE to improve the quality of life of allergic patients, is limited.     Sammanfattning : AbstractThe aim of this thesis was to investigate the prevalence and significance of contact allergy to palladium from a Swedish perspective. Our initial findings made it necessary to also explore the importance of the metal aluminium used in test chamber systems and the effect of aluminium chloride (Al-Cl) in patch test preparations.
