16. Study on Metallic Melt Coolant Interactions and Debris Bed Formation in a Water Pool
Sammanfattning : To assess corium coolability during severe accidents of LWR, significant number of studies have been conducted previously to investigate the characteristics of debris beds formed from FCI due to fragmentation of molten corium and settlement of the fragments in a water pool. However, their focus has been placed on the oxidic component (UO2/ZrO2) of corium, while little attention has been paid to the debris bed formation due to FCI of the metallic component (Zr/Fe) of corium. 17. Injuries in Skaraborg County, Sweden : surveillance, analysis, and evaluation of community intervention at municipal and county level
Sammanfattning : The Falköping Accident Prevention Program (FAPP) is based in Skaraborg County, Sweden. An injury register was started in 1978, and intervention began in 1979. Three years later the rate of injuries had fallen by 23%. LÄS MER
18. Towards community-based injury prevention : the Motala model

An accident prevention programme (the "Motala Accident Prevention Study") had already started with an epidemiological analysis of accidents in the community. LÄS MER
19. Vehicle Dynamics Control for Rollover Prevention
Sammanfattning : Vehicle rollover accidents are a particularly dangerous form of road accident. Existing vehicle dynamics controllers primarily deal with yaw stability, and are of limited use for dealing with problems of roll instability. LÄS MER
20. A method for analysing the traffic process in a safety perspective
Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to extend the traffic safety assessment concept to also include normal road user behaviour, thus not only exceptional behaviours such as accidents and serious conflicts. The goal is to provide a framework for a more thorough description and analysis of safety related road user behaviour in order to better understand the traffic safety processes. LÄS MER
