    Sammanfattning : Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease with unknown origin. This study investigates the combined use of surgery and immuno modulation in Crohn’s disease. Development and availability of new antibiotics are closely followed by development of resistance among microorganisms.
