  1. 1. Homochiral crystals for selective synthesis

    Författare :Theonitsa Kokoli; Göteborgs universitet.; Gothenburg University.; [2011]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Absolute asymmetric synthesis; total spontaneous resolution; optical activity; coordination compounds; coordination polymers; photoisomerization; enantioselective sulfide oxidation; single crystal X-ray crystallography; co-crystallization of diastereomers;

    Sammanfattning : Six new coordination compounds were prepared from monodentate sulfide ligands and copper(I) halides and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The aim was to prepare coordination polymers that crystallize as conglomerates in order to use them in total spontaneous resolution. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Conjugated polymers are novel organic electronic materials highly important for organic photovoltaic applications. Charge transport is one of the key properties which defines the performance of conjugated polymers in electronic devices. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Characterisation of Aqueous Solutions, Liquid Crystals and Solid State of Non-ionic Polymers in Association with Amphiphiles and Drugs

    Detta är en avhandling från Uppsala : Universitetsbiblioteket

    Författare :Annika Ridell; Uppsala universitet.; [2003]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Physical chemistry; polymer; surfactant; phase diagram; x-ray diffraction; fluorescence spectroscopy; calorimetry; PEG; cellulose ether; viscometry; cubic phase; liquid crystals; drugs; solid dispersion; Fysikalisk kemi; NATURAL SCIENCES Chemistry Physical chemistry; NATURVETENSKAP Kemi Fysikalisk kemi; Fysikalisk och oorganisk farmaceutisk kemi; Physical and Inorganic Pharmaceutical Chemistry;

    Sammanfattning : Cellulose ethers and polyethylene glycols are used in drug formulations as water swelling or water soluble matrices. Polar lipids, for example monoglycerides, and surfactants can be used to solubilise hydrophobic or amphiphilic drugs and to formulate potential drug delivery vehicles such as emulsions, liposomes and cubic phases. 4. 4. Studies of carbon nanomaterials based on fullerenes and carbon nanotubes

    Detta är en avhandling från Umeå : Fysik

    Författare :Agnieszka Iwasiewicz-Wabnig; Umeå universitet.; [2007]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; fullerenes; carbon nanotubes; fullerene polymers; intercalation compounds; high pressure; Raman spectroscopy; X-ray diffraction; atomic force microscopy; phase transitions; TECHNOLOGY Engineering physics Material physics with surface physics; TEKNIKVETENSKAP Teknisk fysik Materialfysik med ytfysik;

    Sammanfattning : Materials based on fullerenes and carbon nanotubes are very much different from most “traditional” materials, primarily because they are built from nanosized molecules with highly symmetry-dependent properties. Being the subject of a very active research field over the last twenty years, carbon nanostructures proved to be indeed extraordinary. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Plasticized PVC Nanocomposites - The Effect of Montmorillonite Treatment and Processing Conditions on Material Properties

    Detta är en avhandling från ; Chalmers tekniska högskola; Gothenburg

    Författare :Henrik Petersen; [2017]
