Being new at the workplace, they may encounter high expectations, resulting in high job demands. Sammanfattning : This dissertiation's main purpose is to study the rationality of reluctance and indifference to adult education. Research in the field of adult education has shown that the people who are most difficult to recruit are also those who need education the most, namely adult individuals who lack upper secondary qualifications.
