10. Preaspiration in the Nordic languages : synchronic and diachronic aspects
Sammanfattning : Preaspiration—the production of glottal friction at the juncture of a vowel and a consonant—appears to be typologically rare but is an areal linguistic feature of Northwestern Europe.
