Sammanfattning : I avhandlingen undersöks hur arbetsmiljön påverkar den upplevda hälsoutvecklingen över en nioårsperiod hos 440 elarbetare inom kraftindustrin. Problemet beskrivs utifrån en teoretisk modell över orsakssamband mellan arbetsmiljö och upplevd ohälsa. En ytterligare målsättning är att jämföra data av olika subjektivitetsgrad. LÄS MER
2. Tools for Outcome-informed management of mental illness : Psychometric properties of instruments of the Swedish clinical multicenter Quality Star cohort
Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the psychometric properties of three global user subjective measures of the ”The Quality Star” clinical review model: Consumer Satisfaction Scale, Global Quality of Life scale, and Perceived Global Distress scale. The mental health implementation context of this review model emphasizes the client as an agent of change, taking part in shared decision making in an empowered role as collaborative partner to the professional clinicians. 3. Early Prevention of Non-specific Neck, Shoulder and Back Disorders in Home-care Personnel. Assessments, Predictors of Sick Leave and Intervention
Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this thesis was to gain further knowledge of the assessments, predictors of future sick leave and intervention with regard to early prevention of neck, shoulder and back disorders in nursing aides/assistant nurses working in the home-care service. In Paper I, 15 clinical tests on impairment level related to the low back, were examined for intra- and inter-rater reliability on 18 and 44 subjects, respectively (Step 1). LÄS MER
