    Sammanfattning : The object of this study is a translation from Polish to Russian of the Polish historian Maciej Stryjkowski’s Kronika Polska, Litewska, Żmódzka i wszystkiej Rusi, made at the Diplomatic Chancellery in Moscow in 1673–79. The purpose of the study is to investigate the history of the Onuphrius text in the Slavic hagiographic tradition and to publish a critical edition of the Slavic text.The Life of Onuphrius circulated widely throughout the entire Christian world.
