    Sammanfattning : The thesis treats roll pass design in wire rod rolling of stainless steel for sequences and series built up by two-symmetrical grooves. It is focused on predicting rolling flexibility, also called working range, as well as product quality. For analysing the flexibility a computer program has been developed. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The thesis is focussed on improving the material yield in closed-die forging and rolling. The former is restricted to the manufacturing of heavy crown wheels and front axle beams and the latter to the hot rolling of steel slabs.     Sammanfattning : Advanced molecular diagnostics uses in vitro biological assays to detect nucleic acids or proteins even in low concentrations across samples, allowing for the identification of biomarkers, monitoring the course of the disease over time, and selection of appropriate therapy.
