1. Identifying drivers and barriers for market growth within the industry producing wooden multi-family houses : Land allocation process for future growth
Sammanfattning : At present, Sweden is experiencing a housing shortage, which Swedish authorities expect to continue until at least 2025. Producers of wooden multi-family houses have a relatively small market share compared to those who use traditional building materials. LÄS MER
2. Cyanobacterial Hydrogen Metabolism : Transcriptional Regulation of the Hydrogenases in Filamentous Strains
Sammanfattning : Cyanobacteria are a heterogeneous group of phototrophic microorganisms. Many cyanobacteria have the capacity to fix atmospheric nitrogen. During the process of nitrogen fixation, molecular hydrogen is produced. Three enzymes are directly involved in hydrogen metabolism in cyanobacteria. LÄS MER
3. Synthesis and Characterisation of Ultra Thin Film Oxides for Energy Applications
Sammanfattning : This thesis describes studies of materials which can be exploited for hydrogen production from water and sunlight. The materials investigated are maghemite (γ-Fe2O3), magnetite (Fe3O4) and especially hematite (α-Fe2O3), which is an iron oxide with most promising properties in this field. LÄS MER
4. Core-hole Clock Spectroscopy Using Hard X-rays : Exciting States in Condensed Matter
Sammanfattning : This thesis is about how electrons move from one place to another, that is charge transfer dynamics. Charge transfer dynamics is an important property governing chemical and physical changes that form the base for many applications such as electronics, optoelectronics and catalysis. LÄS MER
5. Talet om lärarutbildning
Sammanfattning : The aim of this dissertation can be described as threefold, (i) to problematice the ways in which we talk about, or, the discourses of, teacher education, (ii) to analyse contemporary discussions about teacher education as it has taken shape in relation to the present teacher education reform in Sweden, and (iii) to develop points of references for alternative ways to talk about teacher education, on the basis of (i) and (ii), and in relation to Stephen Toulmin’s analysis of the modern project. The dissertation consists of twelve chapters divided into four parts.
