    Sammanfattning : The aims of these studies were to investigate pharmacological practice in diabetes mellitus in defined populations in Sweden and in France, the effects on glycaemic control and the change of hypoglycaemic drug treatment practice in Sweden during 1975-1994. Data from diabetic subjects were obtained from the Tierp Study Database during 1975 - 1994 by record-linkage of subjects with diabetes diagnosis at the primary health care centre and diabetes drugs purchased at the local pharmacies in Tierp.     Sammanfattning : Analysis of nocturia questionnaires mailed to all persons aged 65 years or more in Tierp, a Swedish rural community, showed that the number of nocturnal voids was highly correlated with urge and incontinence. No correlation between nocturia and a known and treated hypertension, angina, congestive heart failure or diabetes mellitus was detected. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This book presents a critical edition of the Latin letters in ms. G3 (Uppsala University Library) from Johannes Annorelius to his brother. Johannes Annorelius left Sweden as a young student in the beginning of the 18th century and settled down in Flanders, where he converted to the Catholic faith and became a Capuchin friar. LÄS MER
