   Sammanfattning : In this thesis the oeuvre of the Swedish artist Jan Håfström (born 1937), from his debut in 1966 until 2002, is presented for the first time in a comprehensive approach.    Sammanfattning : The mass production of Christian art in the 19th century, including all the reproductions of the Christ by the Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen, has contributed to a cliché that many persons perceive as a true portrait of the historical Jesus, even though it ultimately stands, not for a historical probability, but for the classical ideal of noble beauty. The thesis takes up representations of Christ by a score of Swedish artists. LÄS MER
