The aims of this thesis were to broaden our understanding of the causal factors involved in this elevated risk of MI in professional drivers, and to study time trends in the incidence of MI in professional drivers. Among its religious minorities exist various strands of charismatic Christianity, some of which originate from the Pentecostal revival of the early 20th century and some of which belong to more recent movements.
