    Sammanfattning : The overall objective of this thesis is to develop a better understanding of the impact of accessibility to bank branches on new firm formation and on the capital structure of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sweden. In this thesis, the accessibility to bank branches is measured by two proxies that are weighted by two different types of population—the labour population and the firm population. LÄS MER

First, we have applied a static framework for the assessment of economic impacts of the Öresund bridge.     Sammanfattning : In the beginning of the 1990s the responsibility for the compulsory schools shifted from the government to the local authorities, a freedom of choice was introduced, and several municipalities brought in a school voucher system. With these changes, the educational system in Sweden went from being one of the world’s most government dominated and unified, to one with a high level of freedom of choice. LÄS MER
