    Sammanfattning : Six new coordination compounds were prepared from monodentate sulfide ligands and copper(I) halides and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.     Sammanfattning : Artificial, amfiphilic, and biomimetic receptors soluble in water were synthesized via attaching polar amino acids to hydrophobic back-bones possessing a surface suitable for hydrophobic interactions. Plant performance and recoveries for complex ores are more difficult to predict due to the larger number of variables that must be considered, tracked, and characterized during the multi-stage separation process. Partial methane oxidation is one example of a reaction with intriguing challenges, where a detailed atomistic approach may help to unravel the bottlenecks of this, as of yet, inefficient reaction.
