    Sammanfattning : Magnetic properties of selected compounds and superlattices have been experimentally studied using SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) and VSM (vibrating sample magnetometer) magnetometry, neutron diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy measurements combined with theoretical ab initio calculations. The magnetic compounds (Fe1-xMx)3P, M=Co or Mn have been studied extensively. LÄS MER

In this work, thin films of group 4-5 transitionmetal carbides and superlattices were deposited at low temperatures by simultaneousevaporation of C60 using either metal e-beam evaporation or d.c. magnetron sputtering.     Sammanfattning : Fundamental studies concerning the growth, structural characterization and hydrogen uptake of single-crystal (00 l )-oriented Mo/V superlattices have been performed. The superlattices were grown by dual-target magnetron sputtering in pure Ar-atmosphere < 6·10-3 Torr on (001)-oriented MgO substrates. LÄS MER
