    Sammanfattning : This thesis is about 16 newly arrived students from Iraq enrolled in the introductory programme for newcomers, in two Swedish upper secondary schools during the academic year 2010/11.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between lifelong learning, intergenerational learning and social capital by reporting on an analysis of the concepts and an investigation of one instance of intergenerational interaction, namely “the granddad programme” – an intervention project run by a limited number of schools in the Stockholm area. The theoretical background concerns both the lifelong perspectiveand the lifewide perspective of learning across the lifespan. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The aim of this dissertation is to describe and analyse how, between 1898 and 1937, women organised themselves in two peace organisations which protested against the wars, the growing militarism and the military education in schools.
