Sammanfattning : Results from clinical studies and experimental investigations have given evidence of a synergistic effect when 5- fluorouracil (5-FU) has been combined with radiation or cisplatin (CDDP). From earlier experiments performed by the research team we know, that addition of S-FU to CDDP can synergistically increase the antiproliferative effect. LÄS MER
