    Sammanfattning : The objective of this study is to articulate the particular knowledge that is developed by participants in organizational-change projects, who succeed in questioning ingrained opinions and establishing new ideas, and developing alternatives. I thereby aim to contribute by setting new preconditions for participants in future change processes, so they can act as knowledgeable and creative individuals, with the capability to identify issues, and to proceed by trial-and-error.     Sammanfattning : A model with human melanoma xenografts transplanted to athymic mice has been adopted for in vivo studies of 5-S-cysteinyldopa (an intermediate pigment metabolite), glutathione, and cysteine. L-Dopa is an intermediate metabolite in pigment formation and is also important in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, and therefore 1 have also studied the pharmacokinetics of this compound.     Sammanfattning : The first part of this thesis addresses the design and synthesis of amine building blocks accomplished by applying two different synthetic procedures, both of which were developed using solid-phase chemistry. Chapter 1 presents the first of these methods, entailing a practical solid-phase parallel synthesis route to N-monoalkylated aminopiperidines and aminopyrrolidines achieved by selective reductive alkylation of primary and/or secondary amines.
