    Sammanfattning : The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family consists of four (EGFR, ErbB2, Erbb3, and ErbB4) receptor tyrosine kinases (RTK) whose signalling is important for physiological and malignant cellular functions such as proliferation, survival, migration, and differentiation. EGFR and ErbB2 in particular are established oncogenes in many solid tumours and are targets for anti-cancer treatment. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : In recent years, Sweden has adopted a criterion-referenced grading system, where the grade outcome is used for several purposes, but foremost for educational evaluation on student- and school levels as well as for selection to higher education.
