    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to gain more in-depth knowledge into what Swedish upper secondary school students perceive they learn, and the factors that students perceive affect learning, when they start and run mini-companies within the Junior Achievement Company Program.  The data is comprised of interviews with eleven students each of whom ran a mini-company with other students.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to articulate and describe interpretations/ideas of companies, and to re-contextualize strategists, and to discuss strategists as free or bound, guided by the broader sociological framework framing strategists as individual subjects within an institutionalized (objectified) context of business. This thesis departs from a notion of “companification” in and among organizations as a process of diffusion of institutionalised practices and ideas of companies and raises the question of how practicing strategists interpret companies in an institutionalised environment (business society).     Sammanfattning : Background: It has been proved that bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) saves lives; however, which training method in CPR is most instructive and whether survival is affected by the training level of the bystander have not yet been fully described. Aim: To identify the factors that may affect 7th grade students’ acquisition of CPR skills during CPR training and their willingness to act, and to describe 30-day survival from outof- hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) after bystander CPR and the actions performed by laymen versus off-duty medically educated personnel.
