   Sammanfattning : BACKGROUND  Pancreatic operations are large procedures with high rates of complications and other potentially impactful consequences such as diabetes and pancreatic exocrine insufficiency. Due to this, and due to the fact that the operations are often occasioned by periampullary tumours with a poor prognosis, it is important to evaluate how the operations affect patients in terms of postoperative results and quality of life.
