Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was (a) to examine a Swedish version of a measure for early identification and treatment evaluation of children with disruptive behaviour problems and (b) to explore the effectiveness, in terms of reduction of children’s disruptive behavioural problems, of interventions not specifically directed towards the children but to their caregivers and other adults in their immediate environment. 13. Life satisfaction in late life: Markers and predictors of level and change among 80+ year olds
Sammanfattning : The overall aim of the thesis was to examine within-individual and between-individual changes in life satisfaction in the oldest-old using different time metrics and to study life satisfaction within the context of psychosocial and health-related variables. Data were obtained from the Swedish OCTO-Twin Study of individuals aged 80 and older who were able to complete the Life Satisfaction Index-Z (LSI-Z). LÄS MER

Sammanfattning : People who misuse alcohol are a heterogeneous group with different etiology, social and clinical characteristics. This thesis includes four studies whose aim was to characterise so called socially stable alcoholics (i.e. individuals with preserved psychosocial functioning) regarding personality, physical and mental health and drinking patterns.
