5. The Interaction Between the Chaperonin GroEL and Human Carbonic Anhydrase II : Protein Folding and Stability Studies
Sammanfattning : The presence of GroEL/ES during the refolding of human carbonic anhydrase II was found to increase the yield of active enzyme from approx. 70 to approx. 100%.
