  1. 1. Immobilisation of Ru-Based Molecular Catalysts for Electrochemical Water Oxidation

    Författare :Andrew Howe; Sascha Ott; Javier Concepcion; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Molecular Catalysis; Metal-Organic Frameworks; Water Oxidation; Post-Synthetic Exchange; Electro-chemistry.; Kemi; Chemistry; Chemistry with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry; Kemi med inriktning mot oorganisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : Artificial photosynthesis requires catalysts for efficient and selective conversions of small molecules. Molecular catalysts are advantageous to use in these instances as they offer precise control over chemical reactivity. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Development of Metal–Organic Frameworks for Catalysis : Designing Functional and Porous Crystals

    Författare :Fabian Carson; Xiaodong Zou; Jeffrey R. Long; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Metal–organic frameworks; heterogeneous catalysis; nanoparticles; metallolinkers; postsynthetic modification; postsynthetic exchange; Inorganic Chemistry; oorganisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : Metal–organic frameworks, or MOFs, have emerged as a new class of porous materials made by linking metal and organic units. The easy preparation, structural and functional tunability, ultrahigh porosity, and enormous surface areas of MOFs have led to them becoming one of the fastest growing fields in chemistry. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Outline of Titanium (IV) based H2PO4 Ion-exchangers: Kinetics and Sorption models

    Författare :Mylene Trublet; Ingmar Persson; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Chemistry of Interfaces; Gränsytors kemi;

    Sammanfattning : Decontamination of industrially polluted waters has been enclosed in REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) since 2007, when it entered into force in the European Union, which emphasized the need to search for more effective sorbents. Many studies on inorganic ion-exchangers have been carried out due to the scientific interest towards their high mechanical and thermal stabilities, high resistance to oxidation and high sorption capacity regarding transition and radioactive metal ions.
