Sammanfattning : ABSTRACT Philadelphia chromosome negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (Ph-MPNs) are rare clonal hematological malignancies, mainly including polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET) and myelofibrosis (MF).
