    Sammanfattning : Neuroblastoma (NB) is a tumor of the sympathetic nervous system and is the most common extra-cranial tumor of childhood, accounting for 7% of all pediatric malignancies.     Sammanfattning : Cells adapt to oxygen shortage, hypoxia, by inducing a transcriptional shift governed mainly by Hypoxia Inducible Factor (HIF)-1 and HIF-2.
